Substitution Policy Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your arrangement due to the availability and freshness of certain flowers. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

Delivery Policy:

Delivery Policy A delivery fee will be added to each order based on delivery location. We deliver to all funeral homes seven days a week. We deliver to area hospitals Monday through Saturday. Internet orders for weekend delivery are not accepted. Please call our shop at 309-462-3836 to schedule a weekend delivery to a local business or home address. Due to the mass amount of orders on major holidays such as Valentine's Day or Mother's Day, we cannot guarantee specific times of delivery.
